Elegant air-conditioned apartment of 60 sq. m for 4-5 people decorated in minimal style. It is perfect for a couple’s holiday, or family and friends. The accommodation is divided in two areas, the bright living room with a comfortable sofa, table, chairs, LED TV and a practical kitchen equipped with gas hob, pots and pans, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Furthermore, there is laundry corner with washing machine and sink for laundry, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

The sleeping area consists in two modern bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a standard double bed and the other one with two single beds, both adjacent to the main bathroom with window and a big shower cabin.

The apartment is ventilated thanks to a double exposition, in fact on one side, it has a covered veranda on the street edge, with table and chairs, ideal to relax and on the other side, one more on the back.
